Office Policies


We accept Aetna, Cigna, American Specialty Health, Optum Health, Premera, United, First Choice, Life Wise, Pacific Care. We also can check with you insurance for coverage.

If you do not have insurance we’ll gladly provide a “super bill” that you may submit directly to your insurance company, which in turn might reimburse you directly. However, full payment is due at the time of each treatment.

We accept personal checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express for payment.

Patient’s confidentiality as require by state law is maintained at all times.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made no later then 24 hours before treatment or a cancellation charge will be made.
